What happens when I take O2?
When you first take O2 you may experience some noticeable forms of detoxification, such as more frequent bowel movements and urination, slight nausea, mild headaches and various discharges. The reason for this process of detoxification is as follows: as the body receives (from O2) a constant stream of the essential building blocks required to strengthen itself, the body's vital force increases. This enables the body to liquefy accumulated waste and toxins that may have been lodged within the tissues, cells, and organs of the body for many years, and to eliminate them in various forms such as phlegm and mucus.

It is important to go through this detoxification, which lasts from 1-7 days, because, although you may feel slightly uncomfortable during the process, afterwards, you'll experience a higher level of vitality. This process of detoxification is also called a "healing crisis", which is a sudden and acute reaction brought on by the strengthening of the body's vital force, so that old suppressed toxins can be eliminated. Regular use of O2 will assist the body to strengthen more and eliminate more and more of the older accumulated toxins.

We always inform people that O2 can trigger the elimination of older accumulated toxins. If, however, the person experiencing this feels uncomfortable about this temporary process, they should seek advice from a Health Practitioner who is knowledgeable about detoxification processes. It always saddens us when we hear that someone has stopped taking O2 because the person was not prepared to go through some form of detoxification.

Sharing "Hering's Law of Cure" with these people can help them to persevere, and is very important in understanding the difference between "healing" and "disease". The famous homeopath, Constantine Hering, made a clear distinction between the symptoms of a disease crisis and those of a healing crisis. Unfortunately, due to ignorance, we confuse a healing process with a disease process; and suppress it with medication. This only makes the body weaker and more vulnerable to disease.

Hering's Law of Cure states: "All cure starts from within the body towards outer locations, from a mental to a physical level, from the head downwards to the rest of the body, from vital organs to less important organs, and in the reverse order that the symptoms appeared throughout the person's life".

When a person experiences a healing crisis, it is essential to give this process a lot of assistance in order to promote the rapid elimination of any toxins and disease elements that are manifesting themselves as phlegm, catarrh, mucus, running nose, enlarged tonsils and fever. This is nature's way of righting an internal wrong. It is also known as the "reversal process". Whatever has been suppressed in the body for years (e.g. some childhood illness that was suppressed with medication) liquefies and is eliminated through the normal elimination channels. As the body gets healthier, the vital force may, unexpectedly trigger off another cleansing. You may go through a number of healing crises over a period of time. Each time, stored toxins are eliminated, and you experience new levels of vitality.

If someone experiences no response or detoxification after taking O2, it is usually because it is working in a "silent manner".

The following table is a comparison between a disease crisis and a healing crisis:

Disease Crisis
• Starts gradually and is developed over a period of a few hours or days. In rare cases, it can be for months and years.
• Results from abuse, wrong living and eating habits and over-use of medication..
• Usually lasts more than 3 days.
• Inefficient or lacking elimination.
• Usually the symptoms are different from anything previously experienced.
• After the crisis there is always a period of convalescence.
• Damaged tissue does not regenerate or regenerates partially after some time.
• A doctor can relieve or aggravate the crisis, usually by using medication (to suppress the crisis).
• The chronology of the crisis is different and unpredictable every time, and, after the crisis the person feels worse or the same as he/she felt before the crisis.
• A person can die in a disease crisis.
Healing Crisis
• Starts suddenly, after a feeling of perfect health.
• Results from a prescribed healthy program or starts spontaneously, sometimes after stopping medication.
• Usually lasts about 1-3 days.
• Perfect elimination.
• Repeating of old symptoms in a reverse order to the appearance of the "disease crisis" throughout one's life.
• After the crisis, the condition improves very quickly.
• Any damaged tissue almost always regenerates after a few weeks or months.
• A doctor can do nothing to alleviate the crisis. He can only be an unprejudiced observer, consultant and advisor.
• The chronology of the crisis is definitive, according to ‘Herings's Law of Cure’. After the crisis, the person feels years younger with an abundance of energy.
• A healing crisis never ends in death.
During a healing crisis, you may feel that you lack energy. This is more than likely due to your body cleansing and restoring itself at deep cellular levels, and is using a lot of energy to enact this process. By continuing to take O2 and drinking lots of liquids, you will assist the body through the healing crisis. After the healing crisis (usually from 1 to 7 days), you will feel more energetic than you have ever felt. If the healing crisis persists for more than 2 weeks, consult with a Health Practitioner who is experienced in the processes of detoxification and healing crisis.
